These terms govern your use of spykeautomation.com and the Spyke Automation early-access program. By using the site or requesting access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

The website

This site describes Spyke Automation, an open-source version control system for industrial automation, which is currently in private beta. Information here is provided for general purposes and may change as the product develops.

Early access

• Requesting early access does not guarantee a spot. We invite participants in rounds and may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
• Beta software is provided as is and may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. Don't rely on it for safety-critical or production work.
• You are responsible for keeping any credentials we issue to you secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or program for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorized to share.

Intellectual property

The Spyke name, logo, and site content are owned by Spyke Automation. Our open-source software is licensed separately under the terms stated in its public repository, and those license terms govern your use of the code.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and early-access program are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the beta software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
